Food Pairing
It’s not possible to get it bang on right from the first time. We’ll grant you that, but with a little research, some thought and a lot of help, you’re sure to get it right in the end!

The old rules dictate “Red Wines with red meat, White Wines with poultry and fish”. However, with "fusion" food being the order of the day, it’s all about experimenting and personal choice.

And so, the rule of thumb today? The food and drink should have similar weight or presence. Like we said, you’re sure to find the right match – eventually!
